We have been offered a fabulous opportunity to talk to high school students, staff, families on an equal footing with the two big parties, next week. Any takers? We would not need someone to do all three nights - if we had three volunteers, each could do one night. Please let me know and I will get back to Megan on this. Thanks.

I’m working tech for a play that is being premiered at the high school level at Poudre, 43 Plays for 43 Presidents.  Each president is the subject of a 1-4 page play, and it’s a bit like Reduced Shakespeare.  Anyway, the LC League of Women Voters, LC Republicans, and LC Democrats are all going to have volunteers and an info table at the play.  We would love to have the Green Party there, too.  There are many potential voters among our students and parents, and we want to encourage and educate them about ALL their political options.
 
The volunteer commitment would be from about 6:30 to 8:15 p.m., May 1, 2, and 3.  We would love to have a Green representative there to pass out info and answer questions for our audience members before the show and during the intermission.  Even if you could not have a volunteer there, we would love to have your brochures, posters, displays, buttons, stickers – anything you’d be willing to share with us for a few days – on a table in the lobby.
