[Pvgreens-discussion] Volunteers needed for Sustainable Living Fair

As we did last year, the Poudre Valley Greens have a table at the Rocky
Mountain Sustainable Living Fair. 

This is a wonderful event and our table and outreach at the Fair last
year were a great success.

I am coordinating staff for our table. The hours of the Fair are:

September 15-16, 2007
Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 5pm

We need at least one volunteer to set up Saturday Morning at 9:30 am and
one person to take down Sunday afternoon. We would like to have the table
staffed by two people, working in shifts,  throughout the hours of the
Fair, given above.

This is a very fun job --- you get to talk to many interesting people and
so on. The website for the Fair is at

 A benefit of volunteering to staff the table is free admission to the
Fair for the day. You can find the schedule at this site. You can use
this schedule to help you decide what time slots you want volunteer at
our table.

If you would like to volunteer, please email me asap at this email
address of origin with the time slots you want. Nobody will be turned
away. The more people at the table, the happier we'll all be
