Hi Sandy,
   
  Actually, we can't meet August 9th as there is a conflict with another meeting FCIW. So, for me it will have to be the 4th Thursday , the 23rd or not at all. My schedule is rather tied to that day. I am still trying to find another venue as well but unless I can do so by then we can plan to go ahead and have it at my house.
