Rob changed our time to 6 in response to my message.

I think it would be really nice to spend some money on this. We can ask
those to contribute who can afford to. If we make it a nice event and do
extensive research, it could build our local substantially and also
improve our connection with other activists and groups in the community,
as well as with other Greens around the state.

What is our financial situation, and what do people think?

hi sandy, got your phone message today. you are down for thurs, dec.
21st...5 pm, how many?  and generally we serve vegie lasagne, pizza,
salad,
a soup, garlic bread, cookies, coffee, lemonade. plan on $6 a person, and
$50 for room rental free. if you need the p.a., that comes with an
operator
(usually me) and add $25 for that. thanks sandy. rob p.s. i will need
